Arun Venu has been practicing Yoga for the past 8 years. He has completed his Masters's level training in Bangalore under the guidance of Himalayan Mahayogi Aksharnath and Master Bindu Madhavi from Akshar Power Yoga.
He is also a certified Yoga teacher under World Yoga Organisation and Yoga Australia. He has been teaching yoga for more than 3 years now and has trained more than 100 students per day of different walks of life from varied backgrounds, various age groups, and differential learning levels- umpteen objects. He has led yoga classes for all skill levels from beginner to advance.
He trains Power Yoga, Vinyasa flows, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation techniques with emphasizes on building the core strength, which attributes to resistance and healing. Through intention, asana, meditation and pranayama his goal is to have students leave the class refreshed and renewed. His classes are physically challenging with uplifting music, include minimal demonstration and maximum hands-on assists.
