Liliana discovered yoga in 2001, initially drawn to it as a form of exercise but as the years have passed it’s become an essential part of moving with grace and awareness through life’s ups and downs. Practicing yoga was instrumental in helping Liliana cope with homesickness after moving to Australia, from Canada in 2010. That prompted Liliana to complete her first 200 hr Teacher Training. Since then Liliana has completed over 500 hrs of yoga training being certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Pre/Post natal and Kids Yoga. Liliana is also certified in Pilates Matwork, Barre and Thai Yoga Massage Level 1 from Trinity Yoga. In 2016, she completed her studies and is now a registered Primary School Teacher.
Megan enjoys teaching a variety of styles; however most commonly teaches a dynamic vinyasa style. While the classes can at times be physically challenging, for Megan the most important focus of her classes is the connection between breath and body, nourishing the soul and finding stillness in the mind. Megan strives to ensure her classes provide opportunities for all to nurture their bodies and to practice with Satya (truth) to work to their depth of the practice.
